Wenzhou Zhongsheng Hardware Co., Ltd. established in 1993, is a leading factory specializing in manufacturing DIY hardware assortments. Through 20 years’ improvement, Zhongsheng has set design, development, production, sales in one, being a complete and systematic OEM & ODM international trading manufacturing enterprise, brand as PANPAL. Zhongsheng aims at a range of household hardware assortments, tool sets, electrical accessories, and plastics accessories.

Based on the mission of ‘create best value for customers’, targeting at ‘let the world approve made by Zhongsheng/Panpal’, on the principle of ‘on the same quality with competitive price, at the same price with the best quality’, Zhongsheng has been qualified international standards inspections. We respect the environment, enthusiastic at developing eco-friendly and sustainable products. We recycling plastics and apply paper box packages as well for customers.

At present, we possess 160 employees approximately, including 4 product development designers, 7 QC inspectors, 8 departmental managers, 6 sales and 135 packing workers. Besides, we have advanced 6 producing packaging assembly lines, 80 machine equipment.

Zhongsheng has equiped 11 testing machines for quality control and test. There are 7 QC inspectors for checking products over 4 steps, including raw materials, after punching thread & rolling products, packaging box, and final products.
